There is a box with hats and mittens for local residents at the Desk at the library. If you or your children need a warm hat or mittens, please stop in and get one.

We will be collecting mittens and hats throughout the fall and winter. We will also be distributing to WaldoCAP Head Start. They need:
- Mittens size infant to child, age 5. Here are two simple 2-needle mitten patterns:
- A few pairs of adult mittens.
- Blankets for napping.
- A few hats for children ages 3 – 5. (Still have a handful of hats left from last year.)
All items should go in the large basket at the library. There is a lot of yarn for you to use so please stop by and take some. We will update you as other items are needed. Thank you for your donations!
