Several people have asked for a refresher about how to play Cribbage prior to joining the tournament. Novices and experts welcome to come play a game or two just for fun. Bring your Cribbage board if you have one.

Print an Entry Form or they are available at the library.
Here is how it works:
- Matches are head-to-head, scheduled at convenience of the players.
- Winner of 2 out of 3 games continues in tournament.
- Matches can take place at the library or you can make other arrangements.
- Cribbage boards and card decks will be provided at the library or you can bring your own.
- ACC rules followed.
- Winner’s prize: a 29 Cribbage Board Game. (On display at the library.)
Entry fee is $5.00.

Why 29? The highest possible hand at Cribbage is 29 points. It comprises all four 5s and the Jack of nobs. It is extremely rare to score a 29 hand in cribbage.
