The National Digital Equity Center (NDEC) is a 501c3 nonprofit based in Wiscasset, Maine with the majority of staff working remotely. NDEC is committed to closing the Digital Divide in Maine and across the United States. They are proponents of Digital Equity, a condition in which all individuals and communities have the information technology capacity needed for full participation in our society, democracy and economy.
