Telehealth has become an essential strategy for improving access to care, reducing barriers for patients, and supporting health care delivery across diverse settings. Join Reid Plimpton for a presentation and technology demo from the Northeast Telehealth Resource Center (NETRC). This interactive event will provide an overview of telehealth services and emerging technologies, including Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM), teleconsultations, virtual care platforms, and connected health devices. NETRC will have some telehealth devices on hand for attendees to interact with and ask questions about, and attendees will learn how these tools are being used to enhance patient engagement, support chronic disease management, and improve care coordination for Mainers every day. The session will also highlight current trends, implementation considerations, policy updates, and practical examples of how telehealth technologies are transforming care delivery and advancing health outcomes.
