Fill out the Affordable Device Application (print double-sided if possible) and return it to your town’s representative. We will continue the program until we have no more devices to give.

The National Digital Equity Center (NDEC) is a 501c3 nonprofit based in Wiscasset, Maine. NDEC provides individual digital skills classes, but also training programs designed to assist organizations across the country create and implement digital opportunity ecosystems in their communities. Liberty Library has completed the NDEC Digital Opportunity Partner Program.
- Liberty Library Digital Opportunity Program – These are on-demand classes for Liberty Library members. These are available for free for the Digital Skills Learning Group for Liberty Library. You will need to create a free account that will allow you to access free self-paced digital skills classes to improve your understanding of specific digital skills topics. The Liberty Library Digital Opportunity on-demand classes will always remain free for library members.
- Their Class Catalog lists other classes for which the cost per class is: $35 for a one-session class; $70 for a two-session class; and $105 for a three-session class.
