The Maine State Library offers a library card to any Maine resident. Go to Maine State Library Online Card Registration. Choose option “1. I will use the library card only to access online databases.” if you want to use your membership for Online Resources.
The Maine State Library (MSL) now subscribes to the Gale Legal Forms database. This resource is now available for use inside MSL and to MSL cardholders remotely. It brings together thousands of national and state-specific legal forms for everything from wills to bankruptcy to business and real estate contracts and much more. The forms are downloadable and continuously updated to reflect the latest laws. It can be accessed from the MSL website www.maine.gov/msl/digital/index.shtml
