Read More and Help Pets Get a Summer Reading Record at the library or print one at home. Every day this summer that you read for at least 30 minutes,  mark off a circle. You can read the book yourself, have the book read aloud to you, or a combination of both. There is no age limit. Return the record to the Liberty Library by August 31st and “purchase” pet food for the Waldo County Pet Food Pantry. You don’t have to fill the entire record to earn food for pets, but if you do, you will receive a gift certificate for an ice cream cone at John’s Ice Cream. Update: The pet food won’t be available for “purchase” until after the Pick-A-Prize Raffle on August 21st. We won’t have the table space! So if you can, hold off until after that date to bring in your Summer Reading Record.

The Summer Reading Program is sponsored by Pieceworks, Inc.; Revision Energy; Mike’s Automotive Repair; individual donors; and the Liberty Library.
